In my opinion, Customer Support for complex Hi-Tech/Industrial products would be improved greatly with an 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗯𝗼𝘁 possessing the following key attributes:

1. Able to interact with customers conversationally
2. Understands and acts on customer intent, regardless of complexity
3. Understands context to keep interactions on-track
4. Asks follow-up questions to gather actionable data
5. Presents exact resolutions, matched to the context and intent of the inquiry, from already ingested reference documents.
6. Uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning to handle any inquiry, without rules-based limitations
7. Requires no additional training or customization of the AI models to implement the solution.
8. Does away with pre-defined scripting that is typically reliant on IT support
