High tech and industrial companies traditionally provide manuals and other operational documents to customers, either printed, in small USB data storage drives, or online on their website. 

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺: It is hard to find the right information in a timely manner, therefore the customer hardly uses these manuals, and ends up calling the support line for an answer. 

This process is inefficient and costly.

I believe that these companies should explore AI solutions that use deep learning, NLP, and computer vision that can interpret the issues customers are facing, offering them highly accurate answers in real-time.

Is there a reason not to explore these avenues?
